We ship through US Postal Service with delivery confirmation (domestic) within 5 days of receiving payment. We will ship First Class International however, it does not include a tracking number and we will not be responsible for customs charges.
If you would like to upgrade to priority/express service and add insurance, please let us know in the "comments to seller" section when checking out. We will calculate the cost of expedited shipping and insurance. If you agree to pay the extra cost, we will send a revised invoice through PayPal.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. We will not be responsible for postage and delivery charges (unless the item was defective) or for any loss or damage that may happen in transit.
If the item is returned in its original condition, we will refund you within 5 days.
