Bag care

Wash your bags by hand or throw them in the washer on cold, and hang them to dry. No tumble drying. Do not put them in the dryer!

TORRAIN bags break in nicely. The prints may fade, and the bags get softer and take on a worn-in look as they age. They develop a unique character that is sought after by our fans.

Our bags are essentially made from woven plastic which is non-absorbent. Hence why the bags are waterproof. However, due to the nature of the upcycled materials (being non-absorbent plastic), and the fact that we don't treat them, the original artwork that is printed on the bags may wear off while being worn. If this happens, we suggest that you use a damp cloth and gently wipe the print until the ink no longer bleeds on the cloth. This will seal it in and prevent further bleeding. Otherwise, we will gladly return or exchange your item if the fading is not to your liking.

If your item fails on you within 5 years of purchase, please reach out to info@torrain.org. We will replace or repair your bag at no additional cost. We stand by our quality and durability and we want you to enjoy your TORRAIN bag as long as possible.
