"Buyer beware!! The ordering process was quite the struggle since the website was showing inaccurate information and the 2 totes U ordered as gifts did not ship or arrive in time. Quality is fair to poor. Shoulder straps have this very rough and weird material making it very uncomfortable and damaging to clothing. The film covering in both tote bags is peeling after a very few uses. Worthless purchase!"
